Two of our children were recently baptized into our Lord. Marvin, our oldest young man, was baptized on January 3. Socorro, our oldest young lady, was baptized on January 4. Please celebrate this great decision that each of them has made in their lives.

Ciudad de Angeles launched our second angel from the home in December. Dulce will continue with her high school studies in Cozumel, while living with a local Christian family and working in the town. Dulce is a fine young lady and we are proud of her accomplishments.

Hurricane Paula took a path away from Cozumel. They experienced some wind and rain but evidently nothing substantial. The children and workers headed back to campus after breakfast yesterday morning.

Winds are predicted to be 110 mph and the storm’s effects may be felt well into Wednesday. The workers and children have moved to safe shelter. Please pray for their safety and for the campus to be spared from damage. We will update this page as soon as we can after the storm passes.
